The Apple Watch Ban Gets Lifted Temporarily, So Buy Them Before Stocks End!

In case you didn’t know, the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 were recently banned from being sold by retailers in the USA. But why did this Apple watch ban come into effect?

It’s because the company has recently been accused of a patent dispute regarding the use of the SpO2 blood oxygen sensor by Californian tech-maker Masimo. Therefore, Masimio filed a patent dispute complaint against Apple, a case currently presided over by the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the California Central District Court.

Regarding the ban, this is what Apple spokesperson Niki Rothberg had to say:

“Should the order stand, Apple will continue to take all measures to return Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 to customers in the US as soon as possible.”

However, it seems that the sand of fate has shifted in favor of Apple despite the Apple watch ban – albeit temporarily. A new report confirms that the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 are back on sale until the pending court appeal is completed. This is what an Apple spokesperson said recently:

We are thrilled to return the full Apple Watch lineup to customers in time for the new year. We are pleased the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has stayed the exclusion order while it considers our request to stay the order pending our full appeal.”

Therefore, both the Apple Watch 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 are back on sale now. Both of them are amazing smartwatches that you should get if you own an iPhone, like the iPhone SE 2023 or the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

You can get the Apple Watch Series 9 on Amazon for $399. In addition, you can get the Apple Watch Ultra 2 on Amazon for $799! Therefore, before the Apple watch ban comes into effect again, order them now before stocks end!
